1.Why do I need an account?

You can create an account in My Account.

3. How do I modify my account?

You can change your profile by first logging into My Account.
Inside My Account, find personal information section, then click modify to update your personal information.

4. What if I forget my password/username?

You will need to enter your e-mail address in the Forgot Password page and we will send you an e-mail message containing your password and/or username.

5. Can I modify my email address?

No. Your e-mail address is your unique identification used to log into the site. We utilize a user's e-mail address for verification purposes.

6. How can I change my password?

You can change your passwod by first logging into My Account.
Inside My Account, click modify button on personal information section. Use that form to change your password and any other information that you want to change.

7. Where can I find my transaction history?

You can find your last five transactions inside My Account.
The last five transactions feature is a convinient way to re-order cards you found useful so you don't have to search for the cards anywhere else.
You also can retrieve your PIN# from links related with orders/transactions.

8. What if I forget my PIN# of phone cards?

You can login into your account, and then go to My Account to choose retrieve PIN function or choose the order from My Account order history. You will find a button to let you retrieve PIN related with this order.
